WerLand Assoc. LLC and its affiliated entities have been one of the largest owner/managers of small warehouse spaces in Nassau and western Suffolk Counties (in New York’s Long Island).  We currently specialize in small office, warehouse and retail spaces.

Started in the late 1950's by Paul Werman, all of WerLand’s warehouses were built for small businesses which do light manufacturing, provide a service and or distribute a product. All property locations were selected for easy access to Long Island’s major roads and span from Roslyn to Central Islip. The buildings are constructed with brick and block walls and most have poured gypsum roofs for high fire resistance and security.

WerLand believes Property Management is a service industry and pursues a balance to keep tenants, vendors, and owners all satisfied.

Today, we continue to have full time office staff and an experienced full time maintenance crew to handle our properties needs as they arise.  Most of our people have over 20 years experience.

In 2013, through our affiliate, PEG Ventures LLC and affiliation with the Long Island Angel Network, we have expanded into early stage business investing, a form of venture capital. PEG's investing focus is in energy savings, the environment, charities and mentoring the less experienced. We are also interested in education, healthcare improvements and other businesses that have a positive social impact, but we have connections for businesses in most other industries.
